A permanent point of contact in Mexico, staffed by an Inventiva engineer assigned to your account — for ongoing supplier management or support standing up local operations.
On a past engagement, we represented a U.S. manufacturer establishing operations in Mexico — coordinating directly with a San Antonio-based cross-border law firm and a local notary in Monclova throughout the incorporation process, and acting as the client's on-the-ground representative.
